“Dr. Hamidou TANGARA is a Teaching fellow at the University Sorbonne Paris Nord. He is in charge of a series of modules dedicated to various dimensions of Private and OHADA Law (commercial law, arbitration law, institutional law, civile procedure law, insolvency law, contracts law…). He is teaching and acting as a tutor for more than three years at the “DIU Jurist OHADA” conducted by Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Sorbonne Paris Nord University. He is a graduate of the renowned Arbitration Academy in Paris.”

“Dr. Reagan INTOLE is an expert in compliance and ADR (arbitration and mediation), and in compliance - duty of care, human rights, environment, anti-corruption, CSR, ESG issues and OHADA law. He holds a master's degree in economic and social law (Congolese and OHADA law) from the University of Kinshasa (DRC), a master's degree in international business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France), as well as a master's degree in business law, compliance and ESQ in companies from the University of Paris Saclay (France). As part of his research and teaching activities, he defended his doctoral thesis in comparative business law (OHADA and French law) at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is a lecturer in private law at the University of Tours (France). He has also worked as CSR Project Manager at Transdev Group and as Ethics Lawyer (risk management) at the Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP).”

“Nourhan ABDEL-MONIEM is a Junior Associate at Al-Feshawy & El-Shazly Law Firm, her main practice area, is dispute resolution (arbitration and litigation) in both Egypt and Qatar jurisdictions. Before joining Al-Feshawy & El-Shazly, Nourhan joined top leading law firms in Egypt and UAE, where she practised Arbitration and Corporate. Nourhan holds a Bachelor of Law from the School of Law, English Section, Cairo University since 2019. This year Nourhan attended the Arbitration Academy in Paris, and yet, she is doing her LL.M in Law and Economics at Cairo University and the University of Hamburg. “Anthea JAY KAMALNATH Esq. is an international attorney, licensed to practice law in California and New York, and studied law in four countries. She holds a LL.B. Honors from University College London and a LL.M. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Anthea specialized in international arbitration at both the 2021 Paris Arbitration Academy and the MIDS LL.M. Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement, a joint program of the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies and the University of Geneva. She is also an alum of the University of Cambridge, Newnham College and Choate Rosemary Hall. Prior to this, Anthea served as a Senior Advisor & Franklin Fellow at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations in New York where she was awarded by the U.S. Dept of State and Ambassador Samantha Power for her successful negotiating skills in the UN General Assembly and advancing U.S. countering human trafficking goals, including the first-ever thematic session on human trafficking in armed conflict in the UN Security Council. The selected speaker for the session, Ms. Nadia Murad, won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2018. Anthea served as a U.S. negotiator and expert on the Commission on the Status of Women, NGO Committee, High Level Political Forum, and UN Democracy Fund, as well as running election campaigns for the UN Committee Against Torture. Anthea was a Special Deputy Attorney General for the CA Dept of Justice in the Executive Office of Attorney General Kamala Harris. She was a foreign policy advisor for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. She is a member of the USCIB-ICC’s U.S. National Arbitration Committee, the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the International Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the CA Lawyers Association. She is a former senior editor of the UCL Jurisprudence Review and the Journal of Politics and Law.”

“Marco ARGENTINI is a Doctoral Fellow in International Law at the University of Bologna, Italy. His research mainly focuses on Sovereign Wealth Funds and conflicts of jurisdiction. He graduated in Law from the University of Pisa, Italy in 2015 and he holds a Diploma of advanced studies from the Sant’Anna School in Pisa (honours student). He followed the courses of the Hague Academy of International Law and the Arbitration Academy (Paris), and he took part in exchange programs with the University of London’s Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and the École normale supérieure in Paris. Marco Argentini is the author of a number of articles, both in English and Italian, on different fields of public and private international law. He is admitted to the Italian bar (member of the Law Society of Bologna) and he had professional experience with UN entities (in New York, Geneva and Beirut).”

“Randa BEN RABAH is a PhD candidate in International Private Law as a member of the IRDA Laboratory, and an assistant teacher in International Business Law at University of Sorbonne Paris Nord for 4 years. After a Licence in International and European Public Law and a Master of International Business law at Paris 1 Pantheon - Sorbonne, she has been graduated as "vice major" for the Master of International Economical Law at USPN. Her double specialization in both Public and Private International Law and her experiences led her to start a thesis dealing with the place of the principle of territoriality in the International Private Law under the scope of the Intellectual Property Law. She participated at the redaction of the French revue RIPIA for the international protection of the intellectual Property and is about to publish an article about the outcome of the protection of maritime territory in the USPN Law Revue "Paris 13 en Droit". She recently has been admitted as a member of the French branch of the notorious International Law Association.”

“Mazin EZZEDIN is a dual qualified lawyer in Egypt and Germany. He is an associate r at Amereller Rechtsanwälte in Berlin. He is a graduate of the Law School of Cairo Univesity, calss of 2019, he then pursued his postgraduate studies abroad. He earned his Master of Laws degree in European and International Law with specializations of Alternative Dispue Resolution and Foreign Trade & Investment with a grade of 88% (Very Good) from Universität des Saarlandes in Germany. “Ibrahim ABDULLAHI GODOFA is a candidate for the Kenyan bar. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), and a Certified Professional Mediator. He is currently serving as an Arbitrator Intelligence Ambassador for Africa (Kenya) for the 2020/21 term. “Felix SCHUBERT is a German qualified lawyer and PhD student in comparative public law at the university Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in France and the Saarland university in Germany. He writes his PhD thesis on the topic of arbitration with state participation. During his French-German legal education, he obtained among others a Maîtrise in international law and the university diploma "company litigation" from the university Panthéon-Assas. He is a research assistant at the Saarland university and was lecturer at the Saarland university, the Lorraine university and the university Côte d'Azur from 2017 until 2021. “UGOCHI PEACE NWOSU is a doctoral student at the University of Reading, UK. Her research is focused on International Commercial Arbitration. She holds an LLM (with distinction) in International Commercial Law with International Dispute Resolution (Arbitration) from the University of Reading and a bachelor’s degree in law from Nigeria. Ugochi has over 4 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law practise in Nigeria. She is currently the administrator of Commercial Law Research Network Nigeria, a research network that documents insights on commercial law in Nigeria and other emerging economies. Ugochi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum, and Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration.”

“Abraham NAHOM is an LLM student at Europa-Institut, Saarland University in Germany specializing in international trade and European economic law. Previously, he received LLM in Human right and democratization from University of Pretoria, South Africa and a Bachelors of Law degree from ACASS in Eritrea. Nahom worked as staff attorney at the Ministry of Justice in Asmara and later went on to briefly served as a judge at the Asmara Regional Court in 2018. He also interned at the World Bank.”
